Our rep is a life saver! If I forget an item, I can call her - apologize for missing one item and ask if it can be included with our shipment. She's very helpful when I have questions regarding a product that we are interested in purchasing and will do her best to give us a good price. I also like the timeliness of getting the orders. I know what Tuesday the truck will be here and the approximate time so I can have the doors open. The driver is wonderful and putting the products I've ordered just exactly where I want them.

He stops in on a regular schedule to introduce us to new products we might find useful or to just check in to see how things are going. When I needed a new vacuum the salesman was right there with demos for me to try out, I have had demos on other machines also. Very helpful when trying to make a decision rather than looking at a piece of paper.

I can always email or call our representative and get immediate price quotes or answers to questions when needed.

I've never had them fail on a delivery deadline. They give me sufficient warning if they are going to be closed.

I have had working relationship with Schilling company for 40 some years. I had a salesman who came by every 2 weeks and we chatted he did his thing - ordered some product, it came in, and put it away never knowing where it went. Then he had an accident and then it was up to me to order the product and find out where it belonged. I sure did miss him. Then I had a couple other good people. Now I have another rep and he is super too. I have had very good guys that deliver items every week and once they know the routine of where to take the items are very good.

I took over ordering shortly after I was hired and I had never been responsible for ordering for a company this size. I was extremely nervous but the reps from Schillings have made it easy for me to take over, were extremely informative, and it's just been a wonderful experience.
